Service and availability
Can I book a collection today?
Not yet. Collections open area by area. Register for priority access and you will be among the first contacted when they become available near you.
When does it launch in my area?
An area opens once an approved collection route can serve it. Priority access registrations tell us where demand is strongest, and that shapes the order in which areas open.
Who is it for?
Households using prescribed injectable treatments at home, and carers organising it on someone else's behalf. Accepted container types are confirmed for each area when it opens.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is set per area alongside the collection route and shown in full before anything is agreed. Some collections are funded by a clinic, pharmacy, council or NHS organisation instead, in which case the household pays nothing.
Can I order supplies now?
Not yet. The catalogue shows the planned launch range with prices, and ordering opens alongside collections in your area. You can save items to a list in the meantime.
Safety
Can I post my full container to you?
No. Never post used sharps or send them by an ordinary parcel service. Only travel with a sealed container if an authorised receiving service has confirmed it will accept it and given you handling and transport instructions.
My container is damaged — what should I do?
Do not handle the contents, repair it, or move anything into another container. Keep people and pets away and ask your council, clinic, pharmacy or prescriber for instructions specific to your situation.
My container is full now and there is no service here yet.
Seal it, store it upright somewhere dry and out of reach, and ask your prescriber, pharmacy or council which route is available where you live. Routes vary significantly by area.
Accounts and data
What happens when I register for priority access?
Your name, email and postcode are stored securely so we can match you to your area and contact you when collections open. We do not ask for health information, and you can ask us to remove your details at any time.
Is the account area real?
Yes — you can create an account and sign in. Collections, ordering and payments are not switched on yet, so the account screens show your details and the service structure rather than a live booking.
Do you work with the NHS?
No. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or commissioned by the NHS or any council.
